8w2d today!

Here is what you look like at 8w2d give or take! Things are good. Mama is starting to notice that her pants are feeling a little tight in the waist! Tomorrow we will meet with the Periontologist (high risk OB) to talk about clotting issues which run in the family. I hope all is well but I fully expect to learn that we will need Lovenox injections like Auntie Val did for Sophia.

New Sophia pics (cause she is just soooo darn cute!)

Sophia Marianne in all her glory!!

We got your estimated due date!

Mommy and Daddy saw the doctor yesterday and it looks like you are due on Friday, May 7, 2010! We cannot wait to meet you. At the doctor yesterday, you were measuring 7w5d and we saw your perfect little heart beating away at 154bpm or beats per minute. We immediately fell in love with you. Mommy had a ton of blood drawn to run some tests and she even got a flu shot. I am going back on Tuesday to get the results of the bloodwork and to schedule our next appointment!

Everything is looking good and we couldn't be happier :)

7w 4d

This week, your growth will really begin!  Now you are about the size of a blueberry!  Still no real morning sickness, only the occasional nausea.  Other than that and some fatigue, mommy is feeling well!  Your first OB visit will be next week, 9/23 at 8w3d.  We will get our first glimpse of you, via ultrasound!  We can't wait!

Sophia is here!

Your baby cousin, Sophia, entered the world yesterday (9/16/09) at 9:05am weighing 7.6 lbs and measuring 20 inches long.  She is a perfect little peanut and her mommy is doing well!  I can't wait for the days that you two can play together and grow up together, only 7.5 months apart in age.  Welcome Baby Sophia!  You are so loved!  A big congratulations to Anthony, Valerie and big brother Joseph!

6 weeks!

And still no morning sickness!  Our first appointment is scheduled for September 23rd and if all goes well, we will tell the family!  Mommy is feeling good, tired but good!  Keep growing little peanut!  We can't wait to see you in a few weeks.
